Synthetic Rubbers

1. EPDM
EPT MANUFACTURED BY ADVANCED OLEFIN POLYMERIZATION TECHNOLOGY THROUGH METALLOCENE PROCESS – which gives more pure EPDM and less Chlorine content thereby gives better ageing/service properties.

EPT, which is excellent in processability, weather resisitance, heat ageing resistance, electrical insulation property, cold resistance & chemical resistance, is widely used for automotive parts, for Butyl blended Inner-Tubes, building materials, electrical cables, etc.

EPT OIL EXTENDED GRADES – in which Synthetic Oil is used which gives more scope for compoundability.

2. SILICONE RUBBER
Silicone Rubber meeting the increasingly diverse & sophisticated needs of the industry with its unique properties . Silicone Rubbers have fine electrical properties, good chemical stability, flame retardancy, superior resistance to heat &cold , finds wide range of products to electric, electronic equipment, office automation equipment, automobiles, food products, household goods, leisure products, Insulation industries.

Both General Purpose, specialty range of grades are available from 30 shore A upto 80 shore A.

LSR – Liquid silicone Rubber with wide hardness range is available.

3. CHLOROPRENE RUBBER
Please input details from Lanxess

4. NITRILE RUBBER-LOW,MEDIUM,HIGH ACN CONTENT & POWDERED NITRILE
RANGE OF NITRILE RUBBER GRADES OF M/s.Lanxess’s PERBUNAN & KRYNAC grades and are essentially characterized by very good resistance to swelling in contact with mineral-oil based fluids and heat resistance up to 120 deg.C, & is having outstanding resistance to most of the fluids used in industrial installations and exhibit favorable properties with regard to abrasion, wear resistance, gas permeability and sealing force retention.

5. POLYURETHENE – MILLABLE

6. CPE / CSM

7. HIGH STYRENE RUBBER

8. FLUORO SILICONE RUBBER
Fluorosilicone Rubber is highly resistant to high & low temperatures & solvents.& Wide range of Fluids, having grades ranging from 25 shore A to 80 Shore A, for moulded, extruded and calendered products.

9. SEP RUBBER (SILICONE-MODIFIED EPDM)

Rubber is produced by modifying EPDM rubber with Silicone Rubber and have improved heat, weather & low temperature properties along with the additional favourable properties like chlorine resistance & sponge foaming characteristics. And had good resistance to steam, hot water, acids & alkalis Available in wide range of grades depends on the applications.
